Hotel Yaenomidori Tokyo
Accommodation – Our room was very clean, and had a nice feel with light coloured timbers and contemporary modern decor including a beautiful cherry blossom wall panel behind the bed, its own very effective air conditioning system, a fabulous shower head with great water pressure, and separate toilet room also. In all, it was well laid out to maximise space although one side of bed was very close to the wall. Reception – Well staffed and efficient check in and check out; nice staff – very helpful. Really nice lounge area for guests with free coffee and very pleasant unencumbered view of the locale and the hotel's own greenery. Transport – Hotel is not far from two train stations, and there is a bus stop in the next block.

Location - walkable from JR Tokyo station (~10-15min), though v close to nearest Metro station (~2min), located right at the corner of the street, with a prominent signage, making it v easy to find. Room - has all the necessary things including hairdryer, fridge, safe, even a bathtub. They were very cognizant to provide sufficient things like towels etc for 3 pax (which is what we paid for) (vs some hotels would need reminders to bring up an extra set of items)

Mae

Room had a city view and a little seated area with a table which was handy even in a single-occupied smaller room. Great location near Tokyo Station, about 10 mins walk from Yaechika train underground shops & eateries connected to the main TS complex. The maple tree garden on the reception floor was a quiet oasis after a busy day. Casual dining area nice to access, good toiletries selection. Lawsons & Lawsons Natural close by for those 24-hour snacks & drinks

Hotel Yaenonidori provided an excellent stay for our final night in Japan. The hotel is clean, sophisticated and welcoming. Unusual to have the checkin desk on the top floor - the rooftop garden was delightful and calming. The room was beautiful and well provisioned with everything you could need. The included breakfast was a highlight, with Japanese and western options. I'd recommend this hotel if you need to be in the vicinity of Tokyo Station!

Stephen

Large rooms by Japanese standards. Plenty of amenities to use such as toothbrush, face mask, hair ties etc. Easy to get to from Haneda airport you need to get off at Takaracho station then a 6 min walk to the hotel. Close to Tokyo station only about a 10 min walk. Staff lovely and welcoming. Will use a translator if they can’t understand English. 24hr Supermarket nearby. Also a ramen restaurant next door where they make fresh ramen worth a try.
